			MATCHPLAY RULES
		In first week winners will get 5 points , losers get none , both will play new
		opponents next week .
		If you win two matchplays in a row you get 10 points for the second win ,
		if you lose in second week you get 3 points .
		If you win three matchplays in a row you get 15 points for the third win
		( total points over three weeks 30 points ) . If you have both twice but
		lose in the third week you get 6 points for loss .
		Once you are beaten you go back to 5 points a win building up as above .
		Key is this is about participation and competition , you will always have
		another game next week even if you are beaten .
		Matchplay board will be in order of points , if tied lowest handicapper
		will appear in highest position .
		At present you will not be able to challenge people above you to a match.
